Noel Moldvai

Noel is a product-focused engineer and entrepreneur with a background in scaling high-growth technology. A graduate of UC Berkeley in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, he began his career at Google before joining Rubrik as an early employee. During his five-year tenure there, Noel was instrumental in transitioning the company's core on-premises technology to the cloud. After experiencing the personal friction and opacity of the secondary markets while attempting to liquidate his own private shares, Noel founded Augment. He partnered with industry veterans to build a transparent, data-driven marketplace that provides shareholders and investors with the real-time pricing and volume metrics previously missing from private equity.
